Email Autoresponder: Get to Know How To Set-Up your First Free Email Autoresponder Campaign

Welcome back and now that you know what an Email Autoresponder  is and what it can do;  it is time to set up your first Email Autoresponder Campaign.
I have mentioned in this blog that when it comes to the email autoresponder service, GVO offers better terms. GVO gives you Free Email Autoresponder on any hosting package of your choice starting with as little as $3.95. It is also said that GVO has the best email deliverability.

This indicates that most of the emails sent will reach your target audience. The purpose of this blog-post however is not about the merits of the different email auto responder services but about how to set up a your first GVO Email Autoresponder Campaign.

Login to your GVO account, once logged in you will see a window like this one below. Hover the mouse on autoresponder and click on the autoresponder tab. You must first add a campaign or create a campaign.

This will open up a new window; the first thing you will see is a campaign name. Here, fill in a unique name for your campaign. You can choose any name you want even if that name has already been used by someone else. This is unlike other email autoresponder services that do not allow you to use a name that has already been used.

Fill in the description bio (name and email). This is what the subscribers will see when they receive verification email after they opt in into your email list. There is also the unsubscribe text, according to federal regulation especially in USA you have to have unsubscribe link to every email you send.

There is also a section for activation text; this is the text that will be shown to those who opt in order to verify their email. The next thing is to fill in is the company name and website url. The website url in this case is the url that redirects a person after clicking the verification page, in most cases the redirect is to a thank you page. If you want to be notified of new subscribers, check the box ‘notify new subscriber'.

Now click add campaign and a new pop-up window will come up. There you go; you have just set up your first campaign. Congratulation, now what you need to do is to add up messages on your first Email Autoresponder Campaign
